TotalEnergies’ customers say thank-you to their favorite pump attendants
TotalEnergies’ pump attendants touch the lives of thousands of South Africans, every single day. They are always working to keep our customers smiling and that’s what makes them some of the country’s favourite people. As TotalEnergies, we are incredibly grateful for the dedicated team we have manning the more than 500 service stations we operate around the country and for the work these men and women do as the face of TotalEnergies.
So earlier this year, we asked you to help us say ‘thank-you’ by giving your favourite TotalEnergies pump attendants the #ThumbsUp. Launched in March, our #ThumbsUp campaign is all about acknowledging members of the TotalEnergies family who are doing great things on and off our forecourts. We’ve invited our customers to reach out to us through social media and help us identify the TotalEnergies pump attendants who have gone above and beyond to give them excellent service. We’re also looking for men and women who are actively involved in uplifting their communities or any other interesting activities.
The response so far has been overwhelming and selecting just two monthly winners - one from Facebook and one from Twitter – has been a challenge. But one of our inaugural winners was Sipheishle Mofokeng, who works at TotalEnergies Maritzburg, in KwaZulu-Natal. Siphesihle says he was “very excited” when he learnt that he had won. “I was so happy,” he said, “But I wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary. I was just doing my job”. Wanda Welcome - from TotalEnergies Autobahn, in Hayfields - shared March’s title with Siphesihle. Our April winners were Chris, from TotalEnergies Olifansfontein, and Sydwell, from TotalEnergies Bela-Bela. And May saw Siyanda, from TotalEnergies 14th Avenue, and Jenade, from TotalEnergies N1 city, take the wins.
As TotalEnergies, we couldn’t be more proud to have the likes of Siphesihle, Wanda, Sydwell, Chris, Siyanda and Jenade in our corner and we’re excited to carry on celebrating the fantastic work TotalEnergies’ pump attendants are doing. But we need your help.
